Together with some other PDF tools I have been able to easily design pages where the Docbook XSLT makes it more difficult. The WYSIWYG tool makes it easier to design the document. Is an Open Source desktop publishing application. I have a very limited collection of templates for Scribus. These were created with version 1.4.3. For the document I used the Cardo 1.04. DIN 5008 A.sla. DIN 5008 B.sla.

There were some solutions but no really easy straight forward. I decided to try to use the xml output and create a pdf from that via XSL-FO style sheets. To use this style sheet you need an xsl processor like xsltproc. And a fo processor like fop. Those were fixes to the xml export. You also need the ledger.xsl. Using the current test/input/demo....
