It was evident when I moved my residence to the South Bay that people actively strive to live healthy here. For several months, when driving along the Pacific Coast Highway, I noticed a towering sign “My Fit Foods” above what appeared to be either a local market or a fast-food restaurant. Turns out, it was neither. It is My Fit Foods. My Fit Foods also offers a 21-Day Challenge.

A gallery Space in PRIME real estate and a magazine article all in the same week on our 1-year anniversary of seeing how it goes!
