It breaks down to about 80% carbs 10% protein and 10% fat. 1 tsp ginger root. 1/4 cup mixed berries. 1 scoop protein/greens powder. 4 dates or figs. 2 tbsp cacao powder. 2 tsp mesquite powder. 1 tsp maca powder. Leave a comment ». Well we did the ICanTahoe! I ran and my parents walked the 5k (only 47 runners and walkers). The run was actually 3.67 instead of 3.1 miles so I have recalculated our paces. Elevation 7000 and 3/4 mile, very steep hill. I placed 11th overall with 34:49 (9:29 pace), and was the 5th female (2nd female in my age group).
