April 27, 2016. April 27, 2016. I had the pleasure of taking some pictures for some friends of mine last weekend. It was their daughters prom and it was kind of nostalgic. It brought back memories of my prom and how less stressful it was haha. Girls now a day go ALL OUT on prom like it’s their wedding day! Hair, makeup, nails, and spray tans. May 24, 2016. May 25, 2016. Not entirely sure what they are looking for, but it’s pretty cute}. David says “Mommy doesn’t know what its like to grow up with siblings”. He’s right! I could play barbies and hot wheels without any little fingers destroying my creative play time. I had playtime with zero disruptions! July 1, 2016. July 1, 2016. Last weekend I went to the beach with a friend of mine… Without my kids. (GASP! It’s the little things guys…. Is this sounding a little selfish? I did miss my babies. I missed their sweet morning kisses, they’re little feet running down the hallway, and their voices. I missed it all. Is it for every mother or father out there? No Do I recommend it? Some things I realized after I came home…. It also helped me see myself as Vickie again. Not just as a wife or a mommy.
