Cassie's Honey Whole Wheat Bread. 4 C hot water. 10-12 c flour (depending on humidity). 1/4 to 1/2 wheat gluten (dough enhancer). 2/3 c honey (or 1 TB stevia powder). 2/3 c oil ( I use olive oil). 1 TB salt (more or less).
