This three-story, 285,000 square foot colocation data center is planned with major electrical equipment and central utility plant of the first floor serving up to 3,400 cabinets on the second and third floors. The building is designed around three stand alone planning modules, each of which can be scaled as required to serve customer demand. The project was designed, constructed and commissioned for occupancy in eighteen months.

This colocation data center in northern Virginia is designed around prototypical planning modules that consist of a one-story colocation computer room, a two story electrical equipment bar and a modest office component. As part of a campus setting the building is designed to complement the adjacent buildings while providing a focal point for visitors to the site. Equipment is screened by the use of an innovative perforated, ribbed metal panel. The project has been awarded LEED certification.
