Tips and tricks in Spain. Intro to Spanish food. Basque Country lies in the northernmost part of Spain, bordering the sea and with two parallel mountain ranges. Basque Country not only has its own distinct food and culture (like really every other part of Spain) but its own incredibly unique language apparently more unique than any other on the planet. Being in the northern part of Spain means more rain, more green, lush crops, happy and well fed animals, and ultimately, delicious cuisine. Trips to the US.

Tips and tricks in Spain. Intro to Spanish food. Take a bus tour to get around town. Enjoy a nice walk through Park Güell. Try some pan tomaca and crema catalana. As the second largest city in Spain and capital of Cataluña, Barcelona is a top destination in Spain for most. In Cataluña, the two official languages are both Catalan and Spanish, so don’t be surprised if you hear a little of both. I admittedly would like to spend more time there, so I hope to add more to this section soon! Enter your email to...

Tips and tricks in Spain. Intro to Spanish food. Oh Galicia, how I worship you. The food, the landscape, the wine, where do I start? As one of Europe’s oldest Kingdoms, it was controlled by the Romans beginning as early as 137 BC, and then by the Visigoths beginning in 584. From there, British colonies were established, and the Muslims never managed to gain control. Ultimately, in 784, Alfonso I of Asturias managed to gain control of the region adding it to the Kingdom of Asturias. Follow me on Facebook.
