I'm back on SP after a year long absence, some success with Weight Watchers and a plateau that won't seem to go away! I'm a devoted LJ fan so I figured if I joined the community here it would help spur my weight loss if I had some friends. I'm 5'2 and my starting weight is 176 [used to be 195, so I've made some progress]. My goal weight is 135 [a number my scale hasn't seen in forever].

It would go a lot quicker of course if I didn't slip whenever work gets stressful, but I'm getting there. Last year this time I weighed 205lbs. I got down to 142lbs by August with the help of Spark People.
