Welcome to Mandy's space! 所謂"高智商,低成就"的說法,在學習障礙的判定是無意義的,即使建中/北一女學校中,也有低成就的學生,所以這種說法對學障生來說其實是不適合;要確認孩子是否有學習障礙,還必須根據專家學者,醫生的專業鑑定. 在醫學鑑定方面,一般大型醫院的精神科,神經內科,兒童心智科都可以做鑑定;在教育鑑定方面,可透過各縣市教育輔導團,邀集各領域的專家學者進行檢測.家長如果希望孩子在學校接受學障的特殊教育輔導,必須經由教育鑑定的程序. 如果學校資源和能力不足,無法幫助學障生,家長應如何和學校做溝通,協力幫助學障生學習? 學校對於學障生採行融入式教學,就是數學或國與學習成效不好時,就由資源班加強輔導,其他課程仍和原班級一起上課.老師在教學或成績評定上,可以較一般生有更多的彈性,例如背誦能力很差的學障生,紙筆考試就可以由資料蒐集,撰寫報告或是口頭報告取代. 家長發覺孩子有學習障礙,是不是不應該太緊張,等到確定孩子的狀況,再提供特教補救? 星期四, 10月 15, 2009. 訂閱： 文章 (Atom).

Welcome to Mandy's space! 淺談妥瑞症的教育方法(轉錄自高雄市特殊教育專業團隊部落格 http:/ parent.spec.kh.edu.tw/blog/1654/). 12288;這一次專業團隊承辦了數個患有妥瑞症的個案,這幾個個案所伴隨的行為問題往往造成了老師及家長很大的困擾。 一、出現運動性抽動及發聲性抽動。運動性抽動如眨眼、碰觸、蹲坐、膝蓋深彎、步代繞回跳躍、走路時快速旋轉等。發聲性抽動包含多種語句或聲音，如：卡嗒作響、咕嚕作聲、叫喊、吠叫、鼻息聲及咳嗽、口吃，甚至會出現穢語症，這是一種發出淫穢字眼的複雜型發聲性抽動。 2有過動、易分心、衝動的行為，易造成社交上、職業上或學業上的重大干擾。抽動情形會干擾日常活動。 4這種病患的過程通常延續終身，多數的個案到青春期及成人期之後，其症狀嚴重度、頻率及多樣性都會減少，另一些個案則在成人早期，症狀能完全消失。 根據王輝雄、郭夢菲醫師的建議，在學校中妥瑞兒的特殊需求如下：. 妥瑞症既不會威脅生命，也不會縮短壽命，更不會導致智能的退步，妥瑞症...星期四, 4月 29, 2010.
