Spelling of foreign names: Emerik Fejes. April 4, 2015. Posted by spellingcity in geography. It’s hard to learn to correctly spell even the words that are in an English dictionary. But what about spelling words that are written in a foreign language and use sounds that don’t really exist in English. Should his name be rendered into English as Emerik or Emeric, Fejes or Feijies?
