Self Protecting Information for Deperimeterised Electronic Relationships. The SPIDER project is a JISC funded research programme running from 1st March 2008 until 31st March 2009. It is being led by Cardiff University in the Cardiff School of Computer Science. The main aim of the research is to analyse and promote information assurance awareness, understanding and technology in collaborative, distributed environments which involve the sharing of information.
