Musings of a Misfit. Food Pics of the Week. April 27, 2009. I half used a recipe online and half made this up. As usual, LOL! Why is it a healthy cookie? Only two TBS butter, cut the sugar by one third, and is half oats and half whole wheat pastry flour, and includes the nutrients of molasses, raisins and apples. Not too bad right? Best part is they taste GREAT! I would love some chopped nuts in these, especially for the crunch/texture factor but didnt have any on hand. Next time! 1 teaspoon baking powder.

Made a gazillion new friends. Become a partial skank ;). Spent a night on the beach. BY THE SEA with a guy I really liked. (okay, really. do not get your mind wandering). Dyed my hair a billion times to make sure I dont have black hair. Trimmed my hair to the shortest it has been. Bought a closet full of new clothes.
