那時我正唸著碩士班，過著沒天沒日的生活，生活的範圍也只有實驗室，幾乎沒有其他的娛樂. 一開始也只是看一些類似時間管理、學習方法記憶術、英文等等…. 也許是因為那陣子在實驗室的日子很不平靜，不知為什麼我常常會看到某些我認為黑暗的一面，而我又常常剛好中標，但我又覺得奇怪為什麼其他人對這些事情都沒有什麼特別的感覺？ 接著某陣子只要抽籤就會抽到我，輪做事第一個就會是我，安排座位總會被安排到最吵鬧的地方，而只要我蹺課一堂，那一堂課就會點名 (尤其那學期我只翹那一堂的時候)，到最後同學對於我的處境感到恐怖以及認為我果然是個衰神？ 這樣過了一陣子以後，我開始覺得一件事：「好像有什麼不對勁？」. 就是一種，生活好像不只是這樣子，應該還有什麼東西是我欠缺的一塊，而我正要開始摸索和尋找他。 那時候我跟實驗室同學說：「我好像在找尋某樣東西，等我準備好，再跟你們一起看呀…」. 後來我開始看勵志類型的書，會想看的原因是因為好像跟我想找的東西有一點點關係，比較像是人生哲學？另外也是我覺得那時候的我還蠻消極的，該看看這類的東西，振奮一下心情？ 好吧…我是需要來點不一樣的人生…就買來看了。 訂閱： 張貼留言 (Atom).

所以就是每週去上課完就沒了, 回宿舍也很少靜坐, 那時靜坐也沒什麼感覺, 而且還會睡著. 剛開始會懷疑有沒有需要去 Toni 工作坊, 本來也打算是去另一個課程, 不過拿了靈擺問一問, 要去的喔 然後我就報名了. 那陣子真的是進步最多的一段時間, 因為我也不是有在看課本, 上課時有講到怎麼使用光, 我才明瞭. 後來也伴隨了很多清理, 以及加都加不完的班和感情問題. 現在到初階四了, 其實我還在補看以前的課文和靜坐, 每天都要來個一兩個小時靜坐. 連續三個月之後, 真的感覺精神跟情緒都有很大的進步, 變得比較穩了. 這三個月其實每天都是藍色之光加上當週的進度, 自己最大的問題還是在恐懼, 每週藍光的結果就是每天都有一些讓自己恐懼的事情發生, 回宿舍又靜坐釋放出來.每天不停的這樣循環後, 現在才好多了.現在開始慢慢要將覺知帶進每天的日子裡,還有必須讓表意識跟著提昇. 這跟恐懼的來源有關係, 恐懼是來自溝通, 是來自家人, 是來自理性的負面思想.等. 瞭解這點以後, 我比較能堅持跟著每週的光來持續的走, 我想不只是恐懼, 任何你想療癒的部份, 在走每個光的時候都會有所益處的.
