Σάββατο, 21 Φεβρουαρίου 2015. ΛΑΓΑΝΑ (εύκολη και σπιτική). 1,5 Πακέτο αλεύρι Αλατίνη (μπλε). 2 φάκελα ξερή μαγιά. 2 φλυτζάνια καυτό νερό. 1 φλυτζάνια ζεστό νερό (όχι καυτό). 2 κουταλάκια γλυκού αλάτι. 2 κουταλιές σούπας ζάχαρη. 1/2 φλιτζάνι τσαγιού ελαιόλαδο. 1/2 ποτήρι χλιαρό νερό. Σε ένα δοχείο (εγώ χρησιμοποίησα ένα βάζο μελιού) βάζουμε τα δύο φλιτζάνια καυτό νερό και ρίχνουμε τον αστεροειδή γλυκάνισο και το αφήνουμε.
