crowcrastination: Twelve-Eleven-Ten
http://crowcrastination.blogspot.com/2010/12/twelve-eleven-ten.html
Kim Crow's self-propelled jet engine of fun. Today's descending date 12/11/10 was a deadline for me. Eons ago, I realized that I really missed this medium and actually wanted to write in a blog. I like that creating things here takes some concentration and focus. So I wrote down a couple of ideas and jotted down a message on my calendar to get things going again. Obviously, after such a long time away, this place is going to need a little housekeeping. First order of business? Subscribe in a reader.

Kim Crow's self-propelled jet engine of fun. What's a girl to do? Ah, the to do list. The list which always seems to get longer before it gets shorter. It's a list I refer to on special occasions, usually when I'm procrastinating big time. And I know I'm not alone on this, everyone's list is infinite and unending. Right? So, don't hate me for this ladies and gentlemen: I have finished my entire to do list. Guess there's nothing left for me to do but go out and live life. Labels: innate domestic torpor.

Kim Crow's self-propelled jet engine of fun. I know that most people need to join another social networking site like they need a hole in their bucket. I can hear a few cries from the my throng of readers. "Like hell I do," you say. And, "Oh, Crow! You did not just mix metaphors, did you? Yes I did and I'm not sorry. It literally only takes a moment of your day to stay connected. Provided the following tweet that I've been toting around in my pocket for weeks:. You can also find news outlets or political...

Kim Crow's self-propelled jet engine of fun. Tonight's dinner was leftovers. Let's say that they were old enough to be on the questionable side. I gave them the sniff test, which seemed OK. I gave them the once over, and they were perchance on the slimy side, but only if you gave them a good hard look. Besides, Kimberly," she said, "probiotics are very fashionable these days.". Kim Crow's self-propelled jet engine of fun. With business cards that read K. Crow, Esq. I like to think that in ten years time I will look back at this rocky patch with some sense of fondness. Somehow, my perspective will change and I will see this as a really productive period in my career as a mercenary procrastinator. A small stack of business cards might help to make the operation look more professional. Either way, I definitely know what it means to play imaginary computer games with your furniture.

crowcrastination: "A Place for Everything and Everything in its Place"
http://crowcrastination.blogspot.com/2008/03/place-for-everything-and-everything-in.html
Kim Crow's self-propelled jet engine of fun. A Place for Everything and Everything in its Place". I'm taking a brief (hopefully) break from sorting through The Pile of papers. It doesn't matter where I live, or how "on top of things" I may appear, this pile follows me everywhere. I accepted this long ago, and I usually choose to live with The Pile, stashing it away underneath my hula hoop in the old Murphy bed closet. At about the same time as The Pile becomes large enough to seem precarious, clutter see...

Kim Crow's self-propelled jet engine of fun. Taming the Beast: Parental Mail Edition. My parents send me articles in the mail. Lots of them. I have complained about it here before. But I don't think I captured the shear magnitude of the situation. Part of this is my fault. I feel compelled to read it all and I can't throw it away until I do. This is a problem when I receive a shipment like the one I received last week with a piece of upholstery fabric I had requested. It contained:. San Jose Mercury News.

Kim Crow's self-propelled jet engine of fun. For the love of beans! For many years, I have put the same two items on my parent-requested Christmas gift list: leather gloves and a coffee grinder. If Miguel and Mama Crow request a list this year, I know it will be two items long and look a lot like last year's list. A Broke Ass Ho, hence my recent propensity for borrowing other people's shit. Thanks for all the books and movies, friends! So, yesterday I decided to buy myself a pound of coffee. I was fi...
