Dressing za salatu od posnog sira. 100 g posnog sira (ja koristim Milbonu, blagog je okusa i dobre konzistencije, a odličnog sastava). 100 g kremastog sira (koristim Linessa krem sir koji jedini ima niski udio masnoće). 50 g jogurta (također Linessa 0,1 % jogurt radi malog udjela masti i ugljikohidrata). 1/2 čajne žličice Vegete mediteran. 1 čajna žličica maslinovog ulja. 1 čajna žličica jabučnog octa. Malo češnjaka u prahu i usitnjenog vlasca. 1 Sve sastojke ubaciti u mikser.
