Monday, October 29, 2007. So after the major hype surrounding South Africa’s win at the Rugby World Cup, the team came home to support the domestic teams in our Currie Cup. Apparently it’s usually the Bulls (Pretoria) vs. the Cheetahs (Free State) who are in the final. This year, however, the Lions (Gauteng) were up against the Cheetahs. Anyway at least they made it to support the other teams at the Currie Cup. Although one would have thought they’d be a bit sick of rugby by now. Tell me about it.
