ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS FOR VOLUNTEER PARK HOST. Klamath Sportsmans Park is accepting applications for the position of live-in Host. The park is open year-round. Duties are shared with another host. This is an excellent position for a retiree or a couple. Work schedule allows 2 days off one week, 3 days off the following week. Covered RV space 15 ft. by 40 ft. One storage building provided. Propane, electricity, water, sewage, garbage and basic telephone service paid for by the park. No phone calls please.

Sporting clays is a shotgun event in which the targets are clay pigeons. The shooter fires from different ‘stations’ where the targets are launched, two at a time, from varied angles and directions. The manner in which the targets are presented simulates what a hunter encounters when seeking upland birds, waterfowl and even rabbits. 1 Eye and ear protection are required at all times. 2 All shotguns are to remain unloaded, with the actions open, until the shooter is in the shooting cage.
