Sunday, February 20, 2011. This 2nd doctor poo-poo'd that idea also, since he believed that I had reached a point where a transplant is eventually unavoidable. I hope he is wrong - only time will tell. I am continuing on all the supplements listed in the first article, and LDN is still at 4.5 mg. A few good notes:. Wednesday, February 9, 2011. I went in for my 4th upper GI endoscopy to have bleeding veins banded up. This was to be my last. I should note that on my last one, after over a month into the supplements, the Doctor commented that things were looking better internally. This time, when he finished he had a huge smile on his face. He said there was nothing to fix. I have no more bleeding veins or veins swollen up and threatening to bleed.
