Squonk's Second Life: November 2007
http://squonksl.blogspot.com/2007_11_01_archive.html
Wednesday, November 28, 2007. Dancing and Giant Horses. I knew there were a lot of strange things in Second Life, but I have to admit, I did not expect to see a horse playing a giant Simon game. Dancing seems to be one of the major passtimes in Second Life. No, that's not me dancing, I'm the wallflower looking bored on the stool in the background. I guess we'll see if Squonk decides to cut a rug soon. Tuesday, November 27, 2007. For a concert by Skinny Shepherd. Skinny manages to do a great job playi...

Squonk's Second Life: Green Lanterns of Second Life
http://squonksl.blogspot.com/2007/12/green-lanterns-of-second-life.html
Tuesday, December 18, 2007. Green Lanterns of Second Life. Of all the superheroes, the one that intrigues me most is the Green Lantern. So I was thrilled to encounter "New Oa" in Second Life. This is the headquarters of the Green Lantern Corps. Now Lockjaw just needs a Green Lantern costume and he'll be all set. There are people selling GL costumes in world, but he needs some more Lindens (that's Second Life money) before that can happen. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). View my complete profile.

Squonk Art: Face No Eraser
http://squonkart.blogspot.com/2007/09/face-no-eraser.html
Friday, September 14, 2007. I thought this face turned out pretty good. Didn't have a decent eraser though, so it's pretty rough. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Squonk Art: December 2007
http://squonkart.blogspot.com/2007_12_01_archive.html
Monday, December 17, 2007. Zappa and some sort of Samurai Chick. I did some drawing this weekend and was somewhat pleased with the results. I really like the way Frank Zappa (above) turned out.except for his left hand. Drawing hands is one of the toughest things for me. I gotta keep working on it. The drawing below started as just a face, but along the way turned into some sort of Samurai Chick. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). A Tumbling and a Bumbling He Will Go. Subscribe Now: Feed Icon. Squonk's Second Life: The Modern Stone Age
http://squonksl.blogspot.com/2007/12/modern-stone-age.html
Thursday, December 6, 2007. The Modern Stone Age. This evening, Squonk paid a visit to one of the coolest places he's found in Second Life. Bedrock. Yep, it's a virtual recreation of the Flintstone's. First, Squonk took a tour of the town in The Great Gazoo's. Spaceship. Among the sites to see are the homes of the Flintstones and the Rubbles, the Bedrock Bowling Alley, Mr. Slate's. Quarry, and the Bedrock Airport. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Squonk's Second Life: Dance Like David Danced?
http://squonksl.blogspot.com/2007/12/dance-like-david-danced.html
Tuesday, December 4, 2007. Dance Like David Danced? Tonight I arrived at Molaskey's (since that's the last place I visited) and, alas, there was no live music. But I got chatting with one of the folks who runs the place and they recomended checking out a place called Tableau. There wasn't anything going on there either, but it was a cool place to explore. Someone sure put a lot of work into the look of the place. Where dancing was verboten. Wonder if they would've gotten away with it in Second Life?
