Confessions of a Drama Queen. Tuesday, November 10, 2009. 3 months until the Winter Olympics, yeah baby! Now, it's that time. I am officially in full-blown figure skating obsession mode! Aside from looking for a job, what else is there to do? I've spent these last few days getting caught up on this year's Grand Prix. Events that have been re-airing on the Universal Sports network as a part of their "Countdown to Vancouver". In my mind, the top contenders are Evan Lysacek. Johnny Weir, Brandon Mroz. He go...

Confessions of a Drama Queen: February 2008
http://chipmonk1984.blogspot.com/2008_02_01_archive.html
Confessions of a Drama Queen. Sunday, February 24, 2008. Twas a bittersweet evening. Okay, so all in all, it was a pretty great day. Bro. Tim invited Bro. Larry Montgomery up to Tacoma to be the guest preacher for the day, so him and Sis. Kaye were here. I love them! D We had a WA combined meeting tonight, which is always fun. Sounds like it should have been an amazing day, right? As wonderful as it was, I found myself coming to the realization that things just weren't the same. Breaking Up Is Hard To Do.

So here we go:. 3L #2 - Beware of eating ice-cream cones in the vicinity of squirrels, because they just might attack. Alright, that's ...

Confessions of a Drama Queen: September 2006
http://chipmonk1984.blogspot.com/2006_09_01_archive.html
Confessions of a Drama Queen. Tuesday, September 12, 2006. So, I had decided to read several Frank Peretti books this summer. Of course, getting a job cut into my reading time a bit, so I didn't finish them all like I had planned. I used to read his Cooper Kids adventure series, which were awesome, so I figured that his books meant for an older audience would be good too. During camp meeting, I bought. Was weird and out there w/ the whole idea of sasquatches kidnapping and befriending humans. And so far,...

Confessions of a Drama Queen. Tuesday, November 10, 2009. 3 months til the Winter Olympics: Part deux/2. But the consistency in performances just is not there. What happened to our Kristy Yamaguchis and Tara Lipinskis? Blargh. :-P Whatever happened to being judged on your overall performance? If Sasha does not end up being one of the two, I would love to see any combination of Mirai, Rachael and Ashley. If I HAD to pick two, it would be Sasha Cohen and Mirai Nagasu. They have a whole bunch of kids and young people here in DC. Their young peoples' choir sang in the service yesterday morning and they were amazing! Last night I was messing around w/ my camera, so here's my "excited to be here, but very tired" picture:. Dad and I went touring today. We started out at the Arlington National Cemetary:. 3L #15: ...
