How to become a mentor. What do l need to do to be a Standing Tall in Warrnambool Mentor? Commit to attending regular mentoring sessions for ONE HOUR per week for a minimum period of 12 months. Provide one-to-one support in school hours to a young person in the areas of life skills, self esteem and personal development. Expression of interest form.
