I delight in walking Fern, my English Springer Spaniel, through the woods and fields around Stanmer and over the South Downs. Thursday, 26 April 2012. End of the line. Our Economic Development board (4A) needs an experienced, committed full time director; someone who knows the community, the law, the history, plans, and visions of Melissa's citizens. The city council agreed with the need for this kind of leader for the 4A board last year, but they have not acted on finding that person and putting them to work.
