It's the one I submitted for the Iron Pen 24-hour writing competition. If I win, I get to read it in front of an audience. I doubt I'll win. I wrote it in about 30 minutes and didn't even edit it before printing it and rushing to turn it in. Hey, I'm a minimalist, what can I say? Monday, December 12, 2005. Dominating the skyline to the east of the city is the Wasatch Range which is home to 5 canyons which are home to all the aforementioned activities. I haven't taken full advantage of all these in my nine years here because of some undiagnosed muscle problems in my back and legs. We rushed down here to an interview with a 15 year old boy who almost died in a hit and run accident while riding his bike. Now I have 4 hours until the news starts and my reporter is viewing the tape so he can log the interview and write his story. I'm bored.
