At St Clare House we provide freshly prepared, nutritious meals selected from our four-week menu. Residents are offered a choice of meals every day and also the choice of where they wish to eat – in the communal dining area, in the lounge or in their own room. Friends and family can also join our residents at meal times if they wish. Our menu is tailored for residents who have special dietary and medical needs, as well as personal likes and dislikes. Refreshments and snacks are offered throughout the day.

Our Activities Coordinator arranges a wide variety of activities with groups and with Individuals on a one to one basis. Activities range from arts and crafts, quizzes, bingo, board games, baking, gardening, exercise to music sessions and day trips. Day trips have ranged from trips to the museum, garden centre, local park, Hull Fayre, theatre and regular trips to a social club to play bingo. A music entertainer is usually invited to sing on special occasions such as residents’ birthdays.
