Booking and General Information. There is free access to off road parking and free wifi. 2pm to 10pm unless otherwise by prior arrangement. Departure time – 10.30 am latest. Baggage and cars can be left for later collection by arrangement. To check availability and make a booking please either e-mail or phone us on 01522-521532. A deposit of 10 per room per night will be requested, to be sent by cheque, to secure a Reservation. All Prices Include Bed and Breakfast. Room 2. - 85 per night for 2 people.

We call this room, tongue in cheek, the “Honeymoon Suite” or, for the more mature, it’s the “Presidential Suite”. The room has its own fitted dressing room with a door into your newly refurbished luxury en-suite with huge walk-in shower etc. Enter through an arch into your king sized double bedroom. This room also doubles as a family room with ample space for 4 people. Click on a thumbnail below to view a larger image. With a pretty en-suite shower room. We are a non smoking home.

After a comfortable night’s sleep come down to a leisurely breakfast. Various cereals, muesli, granola etc. Followed by your choices from:-. Full English Breakfast (or part if you wish) – Finest back bacon, free range eggs, Lincolnshire pork sausage, tomato, mushroom, hash brown, baked beans and black pudding. A whole succulent Grimsby kipper with grilled tomatoes. A naturally smoked haddock fillet, poached in milk, with or without poached free range eggs. Free range scrambled eggs with smoked salmon.
