My friend Christi told me about the race and suggested that we plan to go a couple of weeks ago. I told her that I’d have to wait until today (pay day) to register…which gave me a bit over a week to decide. I have an eating disorder. How can we stop doing it and get healthy? Saturday, July 30, 2011. I made a decision, and it was terribly difficult. I'm in a lot of pain today. On a scale of 1-10, it's about an 8 or 8.5. Obviously, nothing but narcotics can eradicate that level, but so far, I'm refusing. I might have to take something so that I can get some sleep, though, if I'm not waking up twice an hour to go to the bathroom. Here's hoping that tomorrow I'll be in a better mood for you guys. Monday, January 31, 2011. Hard to believe we are at the end of January already. I lost 6.4lbs in Jan. Not bad, but definitely. Not where I could be. I had a great birthday weekend. Friday night I stayed on the plan I laid out for myself (with a soup change). Tomato Bisque, side salad and 2 pita bread sticks. I did have 3 drinks, but still feel good with my eating. Now comes the bad news. Saturday was rough. After dinner Friday. Night a few of us went to the church to organize the garage sale stuff, didn't.

Wednesday, March 23, 2011. Wow I missed a day. Me and my son holding a lizard. Not sure how I missed posting yesterday.weird for me on weekdays! Too excited either, but its his job, not much he can do about it. They had Prevacid. 14 day supply for $10.49 a free bottle of Maylox. Tablets. I had 7$ off in coupons so I got both for 3.49! I will be going back for more before that sale is over. Grow in along with a runny nose and cough = small one and mommy not sleeping well at night. The other two are ok.
