Ready for your next station in life? 今天啊今天，我学到了一个“学问”。就算你再累，面对顾客时，还是要面带微笑，好声好气地说。接听电话也一样，谁都不希望无缘无故就被你用不好听的语气来跟他讲话。就好像我们有时好声好气问“长辈”们一些不明白的东西，可能因为她们都很忙，突然无缘无故的骂我们。真的是。。。想想，我们都很好笑，听电话的时候要好好、温柔的回答，但我们的脸的表情其实都很难看！非常好笑的情景是，顾客一走，我们一转身，马上变脸！“%#￥#%￥……麻烦到半死。。。。”. 累，问我们说累不累，但我怎能和那些加班到十二点才回的相比呢？十分敬佩我们的Gs gor gor，他没半句怨言，只是脸比较黑，话变少了。大家都很想早点下班，但又怎么忍心丢下工作给他人，移走了之呢？虽然我们一直在complaint但还是很开心认识了整班的朋友！：]. 还有还有，有件事让我很开心，那就是“伟杰，你的电话！”！哈哈哈!
