http://snewsom.blogspot.com/2012/02/cote-dazur-ii.html
Snewsom art studio - Landscapes and Seascapes. My favorite views are looking down at the dazzelingly clear water. The many shades of blue change with the light. Turquoise, cobalt,. Phthalo, ultramarine, the whole paintbox. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Welcome to my blog featuring Landscapes and Seascapes. I'd love to know what you think. Snewsom art studio - Landscapes and Seascapes. I haven't posted in quite some time but that doesn't mean I haven't been painting. I have many new pieces that I will be adding soon so come back often and take a look! This is just one of a series that I have been working on for quite awhile now. The colors and light in this part of the world are simply breathtaking and I relish painting them, like so many artists before me. Hi nice Post written by you guys. For more info click here. s.newsom art studio - Landscapes & Seascapes: February 2008
http://snewsom.blogspot.com/2008_02_01_archive.html
Snewsom art studio - Landscapes and Seascapes. This is a view from the Benicia State Park of the Carquinez Strait. It was painted after the newest bridge had been constructed and before the oldest bridge had been dismantled. It is a bit of nostalgia for local residents many of whom remember when the oldest of the three was being built. This was a tranquil afternoon, the sun still settling into the western horizon. The original painting is 12x24 inches. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). View my complete profile.

s.newsom art studio - Landscapes & Seascapes: Fenced Field
http://snewsom.blogspot.com/2008/02/fenced-field.html
Snewsom art studio - Landscapes and Seascapes. What a wonderful piece. While I love all of the works in this series, "Fenced Field" is really one of my favorites. The colors are fantastic and I really like how the plants in the foreground pop. It has both an energetic and a relaxed quality. Simply beautiful! May 30, 2009 at 10:19 AM.
