Yogurt is actually a good bacteria,i had no idea why issit so good for woman who wants to keep fit.So,I did some research and i am so impressed by the health benefits of yogurt! Keep the balance between good and bad bacteria in our body. Aids weight loss (doesn't benefit me at all =) i need to gain weight so badly! Build strong bones and prevent osteoporosis. Promotes hair growth because it helps to diminish pore size. If you want to lead a healthy lifestyle so why not give a try?
