Sometime in December, the company I work at makes everybody write down their work accomplishments for the year, so I am doing the same thing for my exercises. Goals and accomplishments for 2011:. 1) to run a mile in under 5:30. I had a PR of 5:17 last week. 2) to run a half-marathon (13.2 miles) in under 2 hours. 1) to develop a handstand with better form. My handstand is better than last year, but is still pretty horrible.
