August 15, 2015. Even with a move, and a new job starting this summer has been one of my favorites ever! We've had so many fun trips and time with family. The boys stay up late every night, we've had no routines, everyday smells like sunscreen and Otter Pops. I've loved it! I'm a bit sad that school is just around the corner, and the days of running wild and free and coming up with these imaginary worlds that the boys are constantly in will be over. Even 6 weeks later when I ask Ethan and Caden to describe their private vacation with Grammy and Grandpa they say, "awesome, amazing, so much fun, cool, best ever don't miss! After Clark's graduation my parents took the boys back to Idaho. When I told the boys about that plan Caden started calling it their "private vacation." And what a vacation it was! August 12, 2015. On the 4th of July Clark, Quinn and I made a road trip from Durango to Boise. We made one surprise visit in Utah to Grandpa Turpin and Nada. We knew they would be busy setting up for the barbecue they were hosting that evening, and thought we might be able to help set up. Although a very quick visit, it was fun to catch up for a minute. August 10, 2015. On July 1st we left Greeley to head a few hours south to our new home in Pueblo, Colorado. Moving is a lot of work. I'm so grateful that my mom came to Greeley the week before Clark graduated and helped us pack things up. I came upstairs to find these two having target practice. June 21, 2015. Yesterday we spent 12 hours in the car so we could attend the annual cattle drive. It was a long day of driving, but it was worth it. My little cowboys were so excited to participate! They loved riding the horses, four-wheelers and in the back of trucks. They took their job seriously about keeping the cows from escaping. They played with their cousins and got as dirty as can be.
