I love cheeseball at Christmas time and this is one of my favorites! 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese. 3 oz Philadelphia cream cheese (I usually use 4 oz.as that is 1/2 block). 1 cup shredded gouda. 1/2 tsp garlic salt (I usually use garlic powder). 1/2 cup crushed potato chips. 1 1/2 tsp grated Parmesan cheese.
