http://belitarose.blogspot.com/2015_05_01_archive.html
The Perfectly Imperfect Kingdom. Once there was a wild maiden, a knight, a faerie, and a bat. Wednesday, May 27, 2015. Zoo Day with the Boy. Another week closer to the end of school and less one on one time with Markus. So today we went to one of our favorite places together. We only saw a small part of the zoo before we had to head to swim lessons, but it was wonderful none the less. We chatted with he meerkats. A quick stop to see the naked mole rats. I think we need a bunny. Sunday, May 24, 2015.

The Perfectly Imperfect Kingdom. Once there was a wild maiden, a knight, a faerie, and a bat. Thursday, July 31, 2014. This morning Joli woke up and decided she was going to have a tea party. She was singing a song that went "Today's the day, a very sad day, but we'll make it better with TEA! Markus found the remote control cars and they kept him busy for awhile. Then he "helped" me wash the Jeep. Then of course he had his picture taken on it, after HE did all the work! Then ran off to the house. Then th...

The Perfectly Imperfect Kingdom : December 2013

The Perfectly Imperfect Kingdom. Once there was a wild maiden, a knight, a faerie, and a bat. Tuesday, December 31, 2013. For years we've been trying to get Joli to ride her bike WITH training wheels. She sort of would, but just did not like it. Then today Uncle Sam was pumping up the tires on the bikes, and she realized that she actually liked it. Not only that, but she hopped on one of the bikes without training wheels and pretty much took off! She was so happy! The kids could hardly wait to go! We end...

The Perfectly Imperfect Kingdom : August 2014
http://belitarose.blogspot.com/2014_08_01_archive.html
The Perfectly Imperfect Kingdom. Once there was a wild maiden, a knight, a faerie, and a bat. Sunday, August 24, 2014. Yesterday we spent the day celebrating the birth of a couple sweet kids we know. It was great to see good friends that we haven't seen in awhile, and how much their little ones have grown! It was Landon's second birthday party, and he was a little apprehensive of the attention. But gosh he's so cute! And then there's the brat that I brought. But worth it for cake! Tuesday, August 19, 2014.

The Perfectly Imperfect Kingdom : Making
http://belitarose.blogspot.com/2015/05/making.html
The Perfectly Imperfect Kingdom. Once there was a wild maiden, a knight, a faerie, and a bat. Sunday, May 3, 2015. Markus, on the other hand, has actually taken an interest in cooking, and has learned more and more over the past year or so. Tonight I gave him all the ingredients, and talked him through making potato salad, but I didn't actually have to do any of it! Joli did do a pretty good job of doing the dishes after the cupcakes were made. They were, of course, Pinkalicious cupcakes! My Wish For You.

The Perfectly Imperfect Kingdom. Once there was a wild maiden, a knight, a faerie, and a bat. Saturday, November 15, 2014. My Grandpa and Grandma's. Yesterday we made a little trip over to my grandma and grandpa's. It was so nice to spend some time with them! They kids loved riding their bikes in their flat neighborhood! I brought Brody this time because he never gets to go, and he's actually pretty good when it's just him. The kids had so much fun drawing and showing off their pictures. My Wish For You.

The Perfectly Imperfect Kingdom : January 2014

The Perfectly Imperfect Kingdom. Once there was a wild maiden, a knight, a faerie, and a bat. Sunday, January 26, 2014. Playing on the Bay. I figured the kids wouldn't last if we tried to stay home this morning. So I loaded them all up and we headed to the park. The kids loved playing on the swings! The water smelled pretty bad today, so I wouldn't let them in it, but they still wanted to take a look. The boys loved climbing on the rocks. They did spend a little time on the playground. And away we went!

The Perfectly Imperfect Kingdom. Once there was a wild maiden, a knight, a faerie, and a bat. Monday, May 26, 2014. The kids needed to play outside, so I filled up the pool. They played, fought and loved each other for over two hours! It was pretty sweet! It was also pretty exhausting. The kids went right to sleep! Saturday, May 24, 2014. Today Nikki and I wanted to get the kids out of the house and do something fun, so we took the kids to Summer's Past. The kids were obnoxious, but incredibly cute!

The Perfectly Imperfect Kingdom. Once there was a wild maiden, a knight, a faerie, and a bat. Thursday, December 18, 2014. The Eighteenth Day of Christmas! Tonight we went for a ride on the miniature train and to the zoo's Jungle Bells! It was so fun! Sunday, December 14, 2014. Something we like to do every year is to take some food downtown to pass out to those less fortunate. Since it's been so chilly the past week, I decided I would make something hot to give out. Joli helped me make it. Keeper of the...

The Perfectly Imperfect Kingdom : March 2014
http://belitarose.blogspot.com/2014_03_01_archive.html
The Perfectly Imperfect Kingdom. Once there was a wild maiden, a knight, a faerie, and a bat. Monday, March 31, 2014. We were both super excited to go to the museum since we hadn't been before. There was so much to do! Who knows, maybe they ran out of money in their budget for books, but it doesn't seem very realistic to have part of your children's. Museum set up with shelves that literally have stairs to climb up them, no books on them, and then expect the children. Not to climb them. I built a city!
