Thursday, September 19, 2013. First time cooking fish. Even though I was raised on the California coast, I didn't, and still don't, eat much fish. I even more rarely cook fish. However, Taiwan is an island nation, and as such fish plays a big part in the lifestyle here so I figured I should try to prepare it at least once. Yes, this is the first time in over five years in Taiwan that I've cooked fish. And I must say, it came out delicious! Thanks to Dylan for the inspiration). 1 White fish, like tilapia.
