I wake to sleep, and take my waking slow. Tuesday, February 23, 2010. I could go on and on about how great Oregon is but when it comes down to it, my heart belongs to California. So here I am. Already installed back in the Yosemite YSA Ward with a calling as Sunday Activities/Fireside Committee Co-Chair (is that the longest calling title ever? I wake to sleep, and take my waking slow. Tuesday, January 5, 2010. A blog of consequence. So I've been thinking lately that maybe my blog should have more direction. Maybe I should write about the books I read or my spiritual growth (or lack therof) or a specific hobby but I just can't decide. So, for now, here's a few things I've been thinking about. So he will start that in June and be licensed by the beginning of August. We are so excited for him to have a normal job most likely with benefits ( even more excited about insurance through an employer since last night they passed that dumb healthcare bill). BUT, unless you have an English IP address you can't watch it. Unless. And then subtract the hour difference that your state is from London. Tonight we are doing a trial run. To make sure that what is on Downton Abbey's channel ITV1, is in sync with the ipad. It has never failed me yet. I hope it works for you.

We've finally moved into our new house in Austin and have been busy trying to unpack everything - or at least figure out what we can get rid of. A couple days after we got moved in, it was time to pack a bunch of it back up and go on vacation. Since we've been back - we got back into town on Wednesday - things have been just as crazy as when we left. I started at The Richfield. Annie has been doing a lot of work around the house to organize things and gets to finally be a stay-at-home mom for a while....
