In the beginning of this chapter, Samuel does more than have a conversation with Saul, he anoints him. Now, if I was Saul, I might think God's prophet was a little crazy. He was old after all, and he had been living in the mountains for a while. He might remind me of the Grandfather in the story Heidi.
