April 26, 2015. Hiked to Twin Falls today with my wife and cousin who is visiting from the Netherlands. This hike is about 30 minutes east of Seattle in the North Bend WA area. The sun didn’t break through the clouds unfortunately and the trail was washed out so we couldn’t get near the falls or the bridge that crosses above it. Was a good hike none the less. January 1, 2014. Spent three days skiing at the Stevens Pass Ski Resort in Washington. We haven’t gotten as much snow yet this year as we usually do so it was pretty barren and icy. Tuesday, 27 November 2012. At college someone accidently put a terracotta pot into the porcelain firing. we expected disaster but got a beautifully toasted and very dark pot. Had been meaning to try this out myself and at last have started testing slip cast terracotta at high temps. Saturday, 17 November 2012.
