I love Leigh's new work, and for those of you who haven't seen more of the Diane poems, they're just splendiforous, n'est pas (spelling)? I wrote a new one too about Jack Graham from UNO. Well, not.

My mightiest flights of poesy have / no power to conjure the slightest of her curves. July 27, 2005. Absinthe Makes the Heart go Find Her. Now is the summer of my disconent,. Useless as an empty bottle. I've hurled my disconsolate. Body against walls to shatter. Like glass in alleys after a frat-party;. Thrown shots like a berseker in pitched battle;. Hurtled buckshot and Bacardi. At my lover's ghosts. This summer: an interminable Mardi. Gras desperate to drown itself in tourists,. July 22, 2005. Banish ...

The Blog of Lewd Enlightenment. Thursday, June 30, 2005. I took this from Yournamehere. Who took it from Dena. Who took it from someone who is of no relevance here. Always nice to answer questions and learn more about yourself in the process. 1 Tell me something obvious about you. I have a dark sense of humor. 2 Tell me something about you that many don't know. I want to be a good person. 3 What is your biggest fear? Life, with death a close second. 5 Name one thing you want that you can't buy with money?

New Muse: September 2006
http://agraysonpoems.blogspot.com/2006_09_01_archive.html
My mightiest flights of poesy have / no power to conjure the slightest of her curves. September 06, 2006. I've decided to take another crack at binding the collections of poems (1998-2005) I gave to Hope last September, just before our wedding- a collection that includes the series of poems that gave this site its name, New Muse. This means I have to re-format the darned thing for eight-page folios- which I'd have to do anyway, since Word dropped all my formatting when I got a new computer.

little frosted donuts: February 2007
http://littlefrosteddonuts.blogspot.com/2007_02_01_archive.html
Poetry, design, film and other pop culture issues. Sunday, February 25, 2007. Oneida and Trans Am. Katie and I finally went to a show in New York City. Oneida and Trans Am, two bands that I really adore. Too bad we went to the early show and everyone was on this major time crunch to finish so they could perform again at 10:45 pm. I could have done without the opener, Big Bear, cause nouveau hardcore is just not my scene. Saturday, February 24, 2007. This is the most adorable, feel good news story EVER!
