About the Wellbeing and Anger Support Project. Tips on how to respond to anger situations. Step Back and Breathe. To ten before you say or do anything and be mindful of your breathing. If you still don’t feel calm, count to ten againand breathe. What am I angry about? What is hurting me? What is going on that is not ok for me? Did this person intend to hurt me? Remove yourself from the source of the stress and anger. Go for a walk or exercise. A calm relaxing scene. Remember a time when you felt at peace.

Stockport Ukulele Players
Sunday, 8 January 2017. A cold, damp day in Stockport Old Town but that didn't stop us playing. Friday, 6 January 2017. Start 2017 with a Twang! Tuesday, 20 December 2016. Another busy month, starting with Twang! At Seven Miles Out on Friday 2nd December. Rosemary (on jug) joined Sandra and Mark for a song. This was closely followed by a return visit by a few of our members to Mount Hall Care Home on Saturday 3rd. Saturday 10th was our regular monthly visit to The Crown for a pleasant afternoon of jamming.
Stockport Ukulele - Home
We are a group of ukulele enthusiasts who gather to sing and play together on Mondays from 8pm at the Fingerpost Hotel. As we meet in pubs we welcome anyone over 18 - all you need is a ukulele and a copy of the SUP songbook which is available to download from this website or you can buy one on the night. A subscription of 50 pence will be collected on the evening. That this is a club night, not a performance. The room is very full so unfortunately we do not have space for an audience.
