The batch I made served at least 20 portions and it keeps brilliantly in the fridge ready to be heated up when you need a speedy bowl of nourishment! 1 extra large beetroot, peeled and grated. 3 leeks, finely sliced. 1 onion, finely chopped. 1 or 2 potatoes, peeled and grated. 2 tablespoons Farringtons Mellow Yellow Rapeseed Oil.

From the store cupboard:. Melt the butter in a large frying pan with a lid, add the shallots and cook gently for 5 10 mins until very soft. Add the rosemary and kale, season with salt.
