Well there was no stopping it, today we had to cross into Uzbekistan. We rode out of the hotel wondering what the day would bring. The view over Shymkent. I also found out that vehicles weren't allowed to cross here! This is the best shot we got of the first crossing, it doesn't quite show the chaos. Then it was time for Uzbekistan. Many people ask why not choose the BMW's like they did on the Long Way Down? Well when it comes down it the KTM is lighter, has better suspension, has better clearance and is an off road bike firstly where the BMW is road bike that has been adopted to the dirt. Just because KTM rejected Charley and Ewan doesn't make them the wrong bike. 3 changes of clothes each. Pigs Arse Tour 2010.

Then there was this family that loved him but they were waiting for paperwork to come together. On November 4th, 2011, during lunch, Job stepped out to take a phone call. He came back in and calmly handed Christin a note. And his Daddy and Mommy cried happy tears. And they were clearly tired but so, so happy!
