While we were at the cabin we were able to play around a pond that is behind there. We were able to play frisbee golf and games with his parents. We really enjoyed each others company and just had fun being able to relax and not have to worry about work. Plus it was cooler there than it was in the valley. And it came to pass.". Monday, November 25, 2013. Clara Jane was born today! For those of you who want the short story, she was born at 2:39pm, 19.5 inches long and 7 lbs, 7 oz (and 7/10 oz)! Very healthy and lots of dark hair! The traditional last-time-we-have-to-hug-bending-over picture! Chris turned the Pitocin down so I could get a break while we called Dr. MacDonald and got the delivery tools all ready to go. That helped immensely and the contractions slowed to ten minutes apart. I'm still not sure how we managed it, but we scored a 3 day/2 night stay for $15 at The Villages Silverleaf Resort a couple hours south of us in Flint, TX. And it came to pass.". Saturday, March 28, 2015. One of the fridges at the shop broke, so Mom brought home one of the spare cakes as a birthday cake. We had Austin and Liz and Jon and Jenna and all the kids over for yummy cake and Mom's favorite dinner - Hawaiian Haystacks! That was always her choice for dinner growing up. :) It's pork, gravy, crushed pineapple, chinese noodles, sliced almonds, coconut shavings, cherries and sliced green onions over a bed of rice. Yum! We love you, Grandma!

Justin and I also got to ride the 4 wheelers around. That was a lot of fun and considering it was only my second time ever riding/driving one, I think I did pretty well. Sunday, January 2, 2011. On Christmas Eve it's a tradition to go out to dinner for my family so this year we went to Applebee's. We spent the night at my parents house so that we didn't have to have my parents call us to come over and open up gifts. The boys stayed up late. We were so glad that we were able to spend time with my family this year. We had a lot of fun talking and enjoying everyone's company. Thank you for everything. I hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas as well. Exit of the Envious.
