We now have the Nylon batches made specially to order for us to ensure the toughness required of this critical component. This also eliminates the dangers of inconsistent material, which we have encountered in the past. The choice of Nylon is critical and we have the batches made especially for us to ensure we have the toughness required of these critical components. There is a 30mm, 40mm, 60mm and 90mm version. This assessment resulted in an all new mould being manufactured in our Tool Room. We tasked our Polymer Supplier, with finding a compound, which was stiff, remained stable, and was truly unbreakable at all temperatures. 100 Metre Roll 6mm Bungie. 6mm Bungie cut to length. 6mm Bungie with Stainless Steel Clip.
