Thoughts along the journey. Laquo; foster care stuff. Having a difficult time lately. not entirely sure what to say. it wasn’t- easy beforehand, but then- something ah, else happened. (yeah, i can say it- sort of. was “accessed” by ritual abuse people and assaulted, raped, tortured). makes me nauseated to say that. Thoughts along the journey. Staying at a crisis residential place right now. been there a week and a half so far. don’t know how long i’ll be here- it depends on how things are going, really. Thoughts along the journey. Haven’t been here in a while. been- not exactly quite but- things shifting. have to remember it’s ok to write little bits, it’s ok to not take things in big pieces. a few words is better than no words. Struggling with things around my sister. “sister. L.L challenged me not to call her that- said my response showed it was a programmed response. probably true but…. But the thing is- she may be- if not my sister (started to type- something else, not sure what). From your own site.

Thoughts along the journey. Back, back from the conference, back from having a brief stay in the land of less loneliness…. I feel very sad. lots of- stuff going on. it’s late, past two am here and i did lay down and i think i tried to sleep (over at L.L’s house, even the dogs are asleep). Want to write on- useful things. other people write on their blogs about therapy. maybe i’d feel- safe enough to do that if we locked some of the posts? Not all of them just- just so scary to do this stuff, you know).
