Monday, 5 November 2012. Walk to Beacon Hill. My daughter in law and I decided to go for a walk to Beacon Hill , a little gem of a walk, which starts about five minutes from our houses. It goes through Beacon Hill farm, and is signposted as a footpath walk. The woolly sheep were staring back as we made our way.

Walks with my camera, will enable me to get out of the house do a bit of excercise and focus on the little details of life, the things we take for granted and do not take the time to stand and stare at, as the poem goes. What is this life if full of care, we have no time to stand and stare wrote william henry Davies in his poem Leisure, I shall take full note of his words to see the little things in my small walks from home. Sunday, 29 July 2012. We love Ludlow, we went for a short break this weekend. It is situated on the Marches, which is the border land between Wales and England. Very Historical, it was the place to which Katherine of Aragon arrived when she married Arthur Prince of Wales. Before she went on to marry Henry VIII after arthur died here in Ludlow. We like the scenery it is surrounded by low hills that stretch for miles. St Laurences church pictured above, with its huge spire, that can be seen for miles around.

Friday, 30 March 2012. Craft page a month. I have spent most of this month knitting and crocheting bunnie rabbits for The Cupcake Cafe in town, I have made about 20 in all. Here are a few pictures. This is a keyring fob for me, with wool sent by my friend Donna in Canada. Just a little tryout of an amigurami rabbit.
