Have in attaining normal body weight. It said that the odds of a morbidly obese male losing enough weight to have a normal body mass index (BMI) was 1 in 1,290. At 6'0" and 325 pounds, 44.1 BMI, I was absolutely morbidly obese. Now at 172 pounds and a BMI of 23.3 I am well within the normal range. What NOT to eat.
