RDL’s can be done to train both legs or you can choose to do a single leg RDL if you want to train for more specifics. Some people will be able to go and touch the barbell all the way to the ground and others will be able to only go right below the knee. Regardless of where you’re at, you will be feeling your posterior chain working and getting stronger. Bar path is CLOSE.
