http://thegoodkarmakitchen.blogspot.com/p/fridge.html
The Good Karma Kitchen. My Journey of Living and Cooking with Compassion. The Fridge and The Freezer. Since I have a page devoted to flavor, and a page devoted to non-perishables I thought it only appropriate that I give a few helpful tips for good refrigerated items to keep on hand. It’s a shorter list, the bulk of which obviously being produce, but sometimes it’s nice to have a starting off point. Almond Milk (365, Almond Breeze, Almond Dream). Soy Milk (Silk, Earth Balance, 365, Soy Dream, West Soy).

The Good Karma Kitchen. My Journey of Living and Cooking with Compassion. Friday, August 15, 2014. Spicy Beef and Spinach Lasagna. It’s been unseasonably cool here the past week. Mostly the days are warm but in the evening it cools considerably and there’s a good breeze. Don’t get me wrong, I’m not complaining, I love cooler weather - fall is my favorite time of year - but this kind of weather really makes me want to eat ‘out of season’ you know? Spicy Beef and Spinach Lasagna. 1 Tbsp Olive Oil. Heat the...

The Good Karma Kitchen. My Journey of Living and Cooking with Compassion. Sunday, March 29, 2015. And I’m home again. I believe I mentioned some time last month that during March I’d be away on holiday in Europe, but in those busy, havoc filled days leading up to our departure I completely forgot to leave a note saying that I was going, and wouldn’t be back until the end of the month. Whoops! 1 Tbsp Non-Dairy Butter. 1-2 tsp Brown Sugar. 1 tsp Red Wine Vinegar. 1 tsp dried Tarragon. When the Endives are ...
