Come by the Office of Student Involvement and Leadership to pick up an NSE Directory which explains the program and lists participating institutions as well as pertinent information for each campus. You will also pick up an NSE UA Application. And the Advising Agreement and Worksheet. To list your school choices, course selections, and obtain your advisor approval. At least one faculty/staff reference.

The following are the minimal requirements for NSE participation. Full-time enrollment at The University of Alabama. Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5 (4.0 scale). Good academic, judicial, and financial standing. No incomplete grades from previous terms. No current or pending probationary status due to academic dishonesty or misconduct. No outstanding financial obligations to the University. No current or pending probationary or disciplinary action for violation of codes of student conduct.

Equipment can be checked out for a maximum of 24 hours. To make a reservation, you can either visit our office on the 3rd floor of the Ferguson Center or make an advance reservation (min. 48 hrs before event) via the online reservation process.
